Raza's Dev Studio operates the Assistive Touch Pro mobile application. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or information directly.

Our commitment to your privacy is absolute. The application operates under a strict "Zero-Data Collection" approach for all features. Specifically:

No Direct Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details.
No User Files: We do not access or collect your private photos, videos, audio, or files.
No Contacts or Messages: We do not access your address book, call logs, SMS, or other messaging data.
No Location Data: We do not track or collect your device's geographical location.
Local Storage only: All your custom settings (such as themes, button size, opacity, gesture mapping, shortcuts) are stored locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
Local Backup and Restore: This feature lets you save your settings to a local file or copy them to your clipboard. This happens entirely on your device without using the internet.
Advertising: The app shows advertisements using Google AdMob, which may check device information to display relevant ads (see Section 9 for details).

3. Accessibility Service Disclosure

Assistive Touch Pro uses the Accessibility permission.

This permission is used only to perform actions when you tap the floating menu buttons or use gestures. These actions include:

Performing navigation shortcuts (Back, Home, and Recents).
Opening the Notifications panel and Quick Settings.
Opening the Power Menu.
Locking the screen.
Taking screenshots.
Executing other user-defined custom accessibility shortcuts.

Privacy Commitments:

All accessibility operations run completely on your device.
No personal data or actions are ever sent to external servers.
We do not store, log, track, share, or sell any of your actions or settings.

4. Permissions Used

To provide its core utility, Assistive Touch Pro requests the following system permissions. All permissions are used locally and solely to perform requested features:

Display Over Other Apps: Required to display the floating touch button on top of other applications.
Accessibility Service: Required to execute global system shortcuts (Back, Home, Recents, Lock Screen, Screenshot, Notifications, Quick Settings, Power Menu) when requested by the user.
Foreground Service: Required to keep the floating touch button active and stable in the background, preventing Android from terminating it.
Post Notifications: Required to show a persistent, low-priority silent notification, which is mandatory under Android system policy to maintain a running foreground service.
Start on Device Boot: Required to automatically restore the floating overlay service when the device restarts, if enabled by the user.
Modify System Settings: Required to adjust device brightness levels when the user changes them via the control panel.
Do Not Disturb Settings Access: Required to toggle volume/do-not-disturb profiles directly from the floating panel.
Internet Access: Required to connect to the network to request and load banner and interstitial ads from Google AdMob.
Ignore Battery Optimization: Recommended to exclude the application from battery optimization settings, ensuring uninterrupted overlay performance and preventing the operating system from terminating the background service when the device is idle.

5. How Information Is Used

Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not process or analyze any user data. When you change settings (like brightness, volume, or flashlight) through the floating menu, those actions happen instantly on your device and are not saved. Your custom preferences (such as themes and shortcuts) are saved only on your device. Internet access is used only to show advertisements.

7. Data Security

We do not store your data on external servers, which keeps it safe from online data breaches. Your settings are stored securely within the app's private storage on your device.

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is safe for everyone. We do not collect or store personal information from children or any other users. The advertisements shown through Google AdMob comply with family and child safety policies.

9. Third-Party Services

The app uses services that help show advertisements and support basic app features:

10. Google Play Store Policy Compliance

This policy aligns with app store developer guidelines. We do not use unauthorized permissions, and all accessibility features are started only by you and processed locally on your device. Advertising features comply with the required developer program guidelines.
